Bullet Journal - Febrero/February

Hola a tod@s!!!

Pues ya estamos en 2018, de hecho ya estamos en Febrero, jejeje. 

Siento la ausencia del último mes, he continuado publicando en la cuenta de instagram, pero no he tenido demasiado tiempo para ponerme a escribir una entrada en el blog. Prometo ponerme las pilas y seguir enseñándoos mis cositas también por aquí ;-)

Hi everyone!!!

So... here we are, in 2018, in fact in February, hahaha.

I am sorry for my absence during last month, I did publish somethings on my instagram account, but I haven't had enough time to write post for the blog. I promise I will keep showing you my little things also here ;-)

Para el mes de Febrero en mi bullet journal me apetecía dar un paseo por las nubes, así que he dibujado en mis diferentes páginas nubes y estampado unos cuantos globos aerostáticos. El nombre del mes lo he escrito con el tombow 723 y el 676. He pintado los globos aerostáticos con los mismos colores de tombow y le he dado un poco de sombra a las nubes con el 553. El resto de lettering de las páginas dedicadas al mes de Febrero están hechos con el tombow fudenosuke. 

La temática de nubes se la vi a "My life in a bullet", que la utilizó en Octubre y me encantó, así que pensé que tenía que utilizarla en algún momento y Febrero me ha parecido el mes perfecto.

For the month of February in my journal bullet I wanted to take a walk through the clouds, so I have drawn on my different spreads for the month clouds and stamped a few hot air balloons. I have written the name of the month with the tombow 723 and the 676. I painted the balloons with the same tombow colors and I gave a little shade to the clouds with the 553. The rest of the lettering of the pages dedicated to the February are made with the tombow fudenosuke.

I saw the clouds theme to "My life in a bullet", which she used in October and I loved it, so I thought I had to use it at some point and February seemed like the perfect month to do it.

El único cambio que he hecho en las páginas del mes ha sido el seguimiento de mi humor. He estado observando que mi humor varía dependiendo del día de la semana, aunque pueda parecer un tópico, así que he decidido comprobar si esto es cierto o no, para ello he estampado una flor por cada día de la semana y a final de mes veremos a ver que pasa.

The only change I have made in the monthly spreads has been the mood tracker. I have been observing that my mood varies depending on the day of the week, although it may seem a topic, so I have decided to check if this is true or not. To do it I have stamped a flower for each day of the week and at the end of the month we will see what happens.

Bullet Journal - Agosto/August

Hola a tod@s!!!

Cómo va ese veranito? El mio... bueno dejemoslo en que viviendo en Inglaterra no se le puede pedir demasiado al verano... Agosto ha empezado lluvioso, pero no hay que perder la esperanza. Esperemos tener un poco de solecito este mes.

Para animar un poco la cosa, os dejo las hojas mensuales de mi bullet journal.

How the summer is going? Mine... well, I live in England, so it is been a wet summer... August has already started raining, but I live in hope of having some sunny days along the month.

To cheer up a bit the mood, let's see the monthly set up for August.

Como siempre para empezar el mes un calendario en el que poder ver de un solo vistazo los eventos mas importantes de Agosto y la distribución de los días. Para escribir el nombre del mes he utilizado el tombow 373, que me parece un color estupendo para el verano. Y este mes me he decidido por adornarlo con una playa con palmeras, que le viene al pelo al mes de Agosto.

As always to start the month I draw a month calendar to see the days distribution and the important event at glance. To write the name of the month I used the tombow brush pen 373, I love that summery vibrant colour. I decided to go for a beach and palm tress to decorate the month, what can go better with August?! 

Para las páginas de seguimiento,, he replicado lo mismo que hice el mes pasado, los habitos los he vuelto a poner en vertical, que me parece mucho más práctico que tener que andar rotando el bullet. Para hacer el seguimiento de mi humor he hecho una plantilla muy simple donde poner el día de la semana y día del mes, mi humor, separado en mañana y tarde y el clima de ese día en cuestión. Para el mes pasado, como ya sabéis que anduve de vacaciones y prepare las hojas de Julio una vez comenzado el mes así en plan rápido, lo hice así y me ha funcionado muy bien, así que he decidido replicarlo para Agosto. Para adorner las hojas he dibujado unas cuantas conchas de mar.

For the monthly tracker, I followed the same that I did last month. The habit tracker is on vertical, as I find more practical to don't need to rotate the bullet to fill it in. For my mood tracker I set the same template than last month. I started July late, as I was on holidays the first week, and I wanted something simple and quick to set up, so I did that simple layout where I wrote the day of the week, the day of the month, my mood at am and pm and the weather. It worked really well for July, so hopefully will work well for August as well. To decorate the spread I draw some seashells.

Mis hojas para escribir mis islas de Agosto. Esta vez he dicidido no colocar los numerous de los días, así aprovecho major el espacio. Lo he adornado con una flecha indicando donde encontrar mi playa soñada.

For the August islands spread I decided don't to pre-set the numbers of the days to do a better use of the space. I decorated the spread with an arrow to find my dreamed beach.

Tras esto una tabla para controlar el uso de mi tiempo y este mes en vez de dejar una hoja en blanco de inspiración; que es lo que solía hacer y la iba llenado con frases o cosas que leía por ahí a lo largo del mes. Decidí poner un extracto de la canción 'Color esperanza' que estaba sonando en la radio cuando estaba hacienda la preparación del mes (aunque viva en Inglaterra sigo escuchando cadena Dial, jejeje) Hacía mucho que no la oía y la verdad es que me dió un buen subidón, así que decidí que nada mejor com tentar al future escribiendo el estribillo de la canción en mi bullet.

Then a table to control the use of my time. Instead of leave a blank page for inspirational quotes I decided to write an extract from the song 'Color esperanza' (Hope colour) that it was on the radio when I was setting the monthly spreads. It was such a long time since I last listen that song and it was such a big bag of energy that I decided I needed to have the lyrics write down on my bullet. (The translation should be something like... to know that it is possible, to want it to become possible, put out your fears, paint you face with the colour of hope, tempt the future with the heart...)

Y finalmente habrá que controlar también los gastos en Agosto, no?

Finally I should also control the expenses on August, don't you think?

Decoración de la entrada / Hall decoration

Hoy vengo a enseñaros uno de mis primeros trabajos de lettering. 

Un cuadro para adornar la entrada de mi hogar, con una frase inspiradora, para no olvidarme nunca de salir a la calle con una sonrisa.

Como podéis ver es un cuadro con fondo. Le dí un poco de color a una lámina blanca con las tintas distress 'worn lipstick' y 'tumble glass'. Para escribir la frase utilicé los bolígrafos de caligrafía 'Manuscript Italic Calli Creative'. Le añadí a la lámina un marco de florecillas y le di volumen con flores de papel.

Today I come to show you one of my first lettering works.

A decorated frame to decorate my home with a inspiring sentence; to don't forget to go out from home with a smile. 'Today is a great day to smile'

As you can see is a frame with some depth. I put some colour to a blank page with the distress inks 'worn lipstick' and 'tumble glass'. To write the sentence I used calligraphy pens 'Manuscript Italic Calli Creative'. I added to the page a flowery frame and I gave it volume with some paper flowers.

Bullet Journal - Believe in yourself

Hola a tod@s!!! Hoy vengo con algo un poco diferente... sí yo también tengo un bullet journal, como muchísima gente últimamente. 

Para los que no sepáis que es, os diré que no es más que un sistema analógico de organización. Si queréis más información os recomiendo visitar la página oficial y si queréis ver algo más elaborado, y porqué yo también me he enganchado, os recomiendo ver los vídeos de Boho Berry, donde Kara lo explica de maravilla y de donde podéis obtener muchísimas ideas.

Y dicho esto, también tengo que decir que es algo bastante personal y por eso no os voy a enseñar el contenido de mi bullet journal. Pero sí que me apetece compartir con vosotr@s algunas páginas, como la que os traigo hoy, con una frase más que motivadora.

Hi everyone!!! Today I come with something a bit different... yes, I have a bullet journal as well as many people lately.

For those who don't know what I am speaking about I will tell you that is simply an analogic system of organization. If you would like more information about it visit the official web site and if you would like to see something more elaborated, and the why of me having a bullet journal, I recommend you to see the youtube videos of Boho Berry, where Kara explain everything greatly and where you could find lots of ideas.

Once I said that, I also would like to clarify that for the contents of my bullet journal is quite personal. so I will not show you my bullet journal in general, but I would like to share with you some pages like the one I am showing you today, with a motivating sentence to decorate my bullet journal.

La frase principal dice 'Cree en ti mismo' y con el color rosa he resaltado uno de mis mantras 'Sé tu'. El texto de debajo dice 'Levántate temprano. Bebe café. Trabaja duro. Sé ambiciosa. Mantén tus prioridades en orden, tu mente en su sitio y tu cabeza alta. Hazlo bien, vive bien y viste muy bien. Haz lo que amas, ama lo que haces. Es tiempo de empezar a vivir.' Me encanta este texto, me parece que refleja perfectamente como encarar la vida, de la forma en la que yo intento y quiero hacerlo. Tenerla escrita en mi bullet journal me ayuda a recordarmelo a mi misma cuando pierdo un poco el norte.

If you are reading the English bit I am sure you don't need the translation of the text. I love that text, it seems to me that reflect perfectly how to face life, in the way I try and I want to do it. To have it written in my bullet journal help me to remind it to me when I lost track of myself.
